If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will still receive dispatch updates via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders through trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the customer's location and the courier service.

Typical delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch (may vary by region).

3. No Liability for Courier Delays or Transit Issues

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Indicotts Plaza is no longer responsible for:

Shipping delays of any kind

Transit damage

Lost, misplaced, stolen, or undelivered packages

Courier misrouting or operational delays

Delivery attempts not completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or courier limitations

All shipping and delivery responsibilities lie with the respective courier company once the parcel leaves our premises.

We assure customers that every parcel is packed securely and dispatched in good faith, but we cannot control third-party logistics performance.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order weight, destination, and courier service.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including:

Courier delays

Transit damage

Order cancellation after dispatch

Customer refusal to accept delivery

Return-to-origin cases

5. Tracking Information

After dispatch, the tracking number and courier details will be shared with the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order using the provided link.

If the tracking is not updated, customers must contact the courier directly for support.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.

Indicotts Plaza will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Incorrect address

Incomplete address

Wrong phone number

Recipient not available

Couriers may charge extra for re-delivery attempts, which must be borne by the customer.

7. International Shipping
