Returns & Refunds Policy

At Indicotts Plaza, we strive to provide only high-quality materials to our customers. Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, and we ensure that no faulty items are ever shipped. However, for fair accommodation of genuine issues, we offer a limited return policy as outlined below.

Return Eligibility – 24 Hours Only

We offer a 24-hour return period from the time of delivery.

Returns are accepted ONLY for:

• Damaged items

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong product received

Mandatory Condition – Open Box Video

For a return to be valid:

• Customers must record an open-box video while opening the package.

• The video must clearly show the package, product, and damage/issue, if any.

• This video must be sent to info.indicottsplaza@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Without an open-box video, returns will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products without an open-box video proof

• Damage caused after delivery

• Color variations due to lighting or screen differences

• Products that have been used, washed, or tampered

• Customized items

• Sarees that are cut, altered, or blouse-stitched after purchase

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us after approval.

• Products must be returned in unused condition with tags and original packaging.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after we receive and verify the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

• Processing time: 5–7 working days after product verification.

Gift Orders

• If marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the returned value.

• If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
